Rosmorport appoints Victor Vanyukov as Director of its Far East Basin Branch (photo)
FSUE Rosmorport says that Victor Vanyukov has been appointed as Director of its Far East Basin Branch from 19 December 2017 (Order No 1160/к dated 12 December 2017.
Nina Osipova was relieved of his post on 19 December 2017 upon mutual agreement of the parties. By Rosmorport’s Order No 2156/к dated 19.12.2017 she was appointed as Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance of Rosmorport’s Far East Basin Branch from 20 December 2017.
Viktor Vanyukov was born on 11 July, 1954 in the village of Voikovo, Amur region.
In 1977 he graduated from G.I. Nevelskoy Maritime Engineer High School with a specialization in marine ways navigation as navigator-engineer.
In 2006 he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy with a specialization in economics and enterprise management as businessman-director.
He started his labor activity in 1971.

From March 2004 till August 2013 he was General Director of OJSC Norfes.
From February 2011 till August 2013 his second job was as Deputy General Director for Navigation Safety of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
From September 2012 till December 2013 he acted as Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far Eastern Branch without leaving his current jobs.
From August 2013 till December 2017 - Deputy General Director for Navigation Safety of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
Nina Osipova was born on 11 March 1958 in Vladivostok, Primoriye Territory. In 1981 she graduated from Far Eastern Technological Institute of fishing industry with certificate in economics and foodstuffs management as engineer-economist.
She began her labor activity in 1975.
From July 2009 till November 2015 she held the position of the Head of department for economics and finance of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vladivostok Branch, renamed in July 2014 into the Far-Eastern Branch.
From December 2015 till February 2017 she worked as Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far-Eastern Basin Branch.
From December 2015 till February 2017 she acted as Director of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Far-Eastern Branch without leaving her current position.
Rosmorport said earlier that Victor Vanyukov, Deputy Director General for Navigation Safety, was relieved of his post on 18 December 2017 upon mutual agreement of the parties. Andrey Gorodishtyan was appointed to this position from 19 December 2017 by Rosmorport’s Order No 1174/к dated 15.12.2017.
