Development of Icebreaking and Support Fleet conference held by PortNews on NEVA 2019 zero-day

The 3^rd international conference “Development of Icebreaking and Support Fleet” was held in Saint-Petersburg on September 16, the zero-day of the Neva-2019, the largest industry focused exhibition.
