First Conference “LNG Fleet and LNG Bunkering in Russia” held in Moscow on 25 October 2017

The First Conference “LNG Fleet and LNG Bunkering in Russia” was successfully held in Moscow on 25 October 2017.

The conference was organized by Krylov State Research Center and Media Group PortNews with the assistance of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Gazpromneft Marine Bunker supported the event as its General Sponsor; DAMEN Group and Valcom - the Conference Sponsors. 

The Conference was attended by more than 100 specialists from Russia, the Netherlands, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Among the 16 speakers at the Conference was Victor Olersky, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation – head of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot); Vitaly Klyuev, Director of the Department of State Policy for Maritime and River Transport of the Russian Ministry of Transport (live broadcast from London);  Yury Kostin, deputy head of Rosmorrechflot; Elena Kvasnikova, representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Igor Tonkovidov, Executive Vice-President and Technical Director of Sovcomflot; Aleksandr Krasavin, representative of Glavgosekspertiza.

The second conference “LNG Fleet and LNG Bunkering in Russia” will be held in autumn 2018.
