    Судно ACORUS под флагом Молдовы задержано в порту Парижского меморандума (фото)

    Судно ACORUS задержано в июле 2017 года в греческом порту Аспрогирпос (Элефсис). Как отмечается в пресс-релизе Paris MoU, это уже третье за последние 36 месяцев задержание судна в порту региона Парижского меморандума. Судно плавает под флагом Республики Молдова, занесенной в черный список в WGB.

    Поэтому в соответствии с положениями раздела 4 Парижского меморандума, статьи 16 Директивы Совета ЕС 2009/16 / EC, судну будет отказано в дальнейшем доступе к любому порту и постановке на рейде в регионе Парижского меморандума, за исключением порта и рейда судна Государства флага. Запрет на заход судна вступит в силу после того, как судну будет разрешено покинуть этот порт.

    Поскольку это первый запрет на заход в порт, этот период на запрет составит три месяца.

    Парижский меморандум (Парижский меморандум о взаимопонимании по контролю судов государством порта, Paris MOU), это организация состоящая из 27 участвующих в морских администрациях и охватывает воды европейских прибрежных государств и Северо-Атлантического бассейна от Северной Америки до Европы. Государствам-членам Парижского меморандума являются: Бельгия, Болгария, Канада, Хорватия, Кипр, Дания, Эстония, Финляндия, Франция, Германия, Греция, Исландия, Ирландия, Италия, Латвия, Литва, Мальта, Нидерланды, Норвегия, Польша, Португалия, Румыния, Россия, Словения, Испания, Швеция и Великобритания.
